2025 Domaine de Sulauze Aix en Provence Rosé 'Pomponette'

Domaine de Sulauze is a working farm as much as it is a winery—horses plow the vineyards, biodynamic practices guide the farming, and life on the estate in Miramas (just west of Aix-en-Provence) follows the rhythm of nature. Pomponette has become their signature rosé, a joyful blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and a splash of Vermentino, crafted with native yeasts and minimal intervention. The result is Provence in a glass: pale pink and vibrant, with aromas of wild strawberry, white peach, citrus zest, and a whisper of garrigue herbs.
